RR Donnelley to Announce Second-Quarter Results and Host a Conference Call on July 30th

(Nasdaq:RRD) announced today that it will report second-quarter results and host a conference call on Wednesday, July 30, 2014. The conference call and live webcast will begin at 10:00am Eastern time. The live webcast will be accessible on RR Donnelley's web site: www.rrdonnelley.com.

Individuals wishing to dial in to the call must register in advance at www.meetme.net/rrd. After registering, participants will receive dial-in numbers, a passcode, and a personal identification number (PIN) that is used to uniquely identify their presence and automatically join them into the audio conference.
