RR Donnelley Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend

CHICAGO, April 26  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (NYSE:RRD) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of 26 cents per common share.  The dividend is payable June 1, 2006, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 10, 2006.
