OAK BROOK, Ill., April 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Retail Properties of America, Inc. (NYSE: RPAI) (the "Company") today announced that it declared the second quarter dividend for its 7.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. The dividend of $0.4375 per preferred share will be paid on June 30, 2017 to preferred stockholders of record on June 19, 2017.
The Company also announced that it declared the second quarter dividend for its outstanding Class A common stock. The dividend of $0.165625 per common share will be paid on July 10, 2017 to Class A common stockholders of record on June 26, 2017.
