Retail Properties Of America, Inc. Announces First Quarter 2017 Dividends On Preferred And Common Stock

OAK BROOK, Ill., Feb. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Retail Properties of America, Inc. (NYSE: RPAI) (the "Company") today announced that it declared the first quarter dividend for its 7.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. The dividend of $0.4375 per preferred share will be paid on March 31, 2017 to preferred stockholders of record on March 20, 2017.

The Company also announced that it declared the first quarter dividend for its outstanding Class A common stock. The dividend of $0.165625 per common share will be paid on April 10, 2017 to Class A common stockholders of record on March 27, 2017.
