Roan Resources Inc. (ROAN) said Monday that it has hired Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Jefferies LLC to assist in evaluating strategic alternatives.
In April, Roan Resources said it had received multiple unsolicited indications of interest for an outright purchase of the company, as well as inbound inquiries from potential consolidation partners, and has formed a transactional working committee of its board to evaluate potential strategic alternatives.
Roan said that since then it has received additional inquiries for an outright purchase of the company, and that the committee will consider all strategic alternatives.
