R.G. Barry Corporation Announces Sales Organization Changes
PICKERINGTON, Ohio, Jan. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Comfort footwear
manufacturer and marketer R.G. Barry Corporation today announced several
changes to its senior sales organization.
Tom Hollister has been named Vice President, National Account Sales. He will
have responsibility for strategic branding, product development, merchandising
and all consumer/trade promotion for the Company's business with Kohls, Sears
and Target stores. Mr. Hollister has been with R.G. Barry in various sales
positions since 1969 and most recently was a regional vice president of sales.
Bob Dickey has been named Vice President, Sales. In this expanded role, he will
assume brand management responsibility for the Company's new Terrasoles(R)
footwear line working on growth, merchandising and promotional strategies. Mr.
Dickey also will retain overall sales management responsibilities for all of the
Company's business with JC Penney and Costco stores. He has been with R.G. Barry
in various sales roles since 1980 and most recently served as a regional vice
president of sales.
Pam Gentile will rejoin the Company on Jan. 12, 2004, as Vice President,
National Account Sales. She will have overall management responsibility for
product development, price positioning and marketing the Company's EZfeet(R)
brand within Wal-Mart and Sam's Club. Ms. Gentile is the former Vice President,
National Account Sales, for R.G. Barry's Wal-Mart and Sam's Club businesses and
returns to the Company after a one-year absence.
James L. Faulkner has been promoted to Vice President, Field Sales. He will
manage the Company's department store field sales organization and will also
retain overall sales management responsibility for the licensed Liz Claiborne(R)
Slippers brand. Mr. Faulkner has been affiliated with R.G. Barry in various
sales positions since 1980.
