Gliebe, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Regal Beloit Corporation (NYSE: RBC), announced that the Board of Directors, at its regular quarterly meeting held on October 27, 2016, declared a dividend of $.24 per share. The dividend is payable on January 13, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 30, 2016. This represents the 226th consecutive quarterly dividend declared by the Company.
