Quorum Health Corporation Receives Additional Outstanding Payments from Illinois

Quorum Health Corporation (NYSE:QHC) announced further progress in collecting amounts due hospitals in Illinois from the State of Illinois. In addition to the $29 million disclosed in November 2017, the Company has received approximately $22 million of additional payments. To date in the fourth quarter of 2017, the Company has received a total of $51 million of the approximate $65 million in arrears from Illinois Medicaid and state employee patients.
