INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

On June 9, 2020, Hermitage Offshore Services Ltd. (the “Company”) held its 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”). At the Meeting, the shareholders of the Company:

1.

elected Emanuele Lauro and Bjarte Boe to serve as Class A Directors of the Company until the Company’s 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and until their successors are elected and qualified or until their earlier resignation or removal; and

2.

approved the appointment of KPMG AS as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2020.
