HOUSTON, Feb. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Parkway, Inc. (NYSE: PKY) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, which will be payable on March 30, 2017 to shareholders of record of Common Stock on March 16, 2017. This quarterly dividend represents an annualized dividend rate of $0.40 per share.
