Six Flags, Inc. (NYSE:PKS) announced today that it will
report results for the first quarter 2006 after the market closes on
Monday, May 8, 2006.
   The Company will hold a teleconference at 5 p.m. Eastern Time that
day, subsequent to reporting results, for interested investors,
