Phreesia Names Ramin Sayar to its Board of Directors

Phreesia is pleased to announce it has named Ramin Sayar as the newest member of its board of directors, effective October 1. Mr. Sayar is President and CEO of Sumo Logic (Nasdaq: SUMO), the pioneer in continuous intelligence, a new category of software which enables organizations to address the data challenges and opportunities presented by digital transformation, modern applications and cloud computing.

During his nearly five-year tenure, the Cloud Management Business Unit became the fastest growing business within the company, with nearly $1 billion in revenue. He also held executive roles at leading enterprises including HP Software, Mercury Software and TIBCO.
