On May 31, 2022, Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (the “Trust”) reported that it has engaged Alliance Advisors, LLC to assist in the solicitation of proxies for the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Trust, and that is has agreed to pay Alliance Advisors, LLC a fee for its services of $10,000 plus incentives based on the number of calls made and votes obtained and reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses.
