Explanation of Responses:
( 1)	This transaction represents the settlement of restricted stock units ("RSUs") previously reported on 03/21/2016. Each RSU, which represented a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock, vested on 03/17/2017. The 12,579 amount reflects a correction to a minor error in the number of RSUs previously reported. The correct number of RSUs held by the reporting person was 12,579.
