RHJ International: D&M Holdings Inc. Reports First-Half Fiscal 2007 Revenues up 21%; Affirms Forecast for Full Fiscal Year

BRUSSELS, BELGIUM , a limited liability company organized under the laws of Belgium, having its registered office at Avenue Louise 326, 1050 Brussels, announces that D&M Holdings Inc., today filed with the Tokyo Stock Exchange its results through the second quarter (April 1 - September 30, 2007) for the 2007 fiscal year ending March 31, 2008.

A translation in English of the announcement published by D&M Holdings Inc. in Tokyo on November 9, 2007, is attached. Figures are expressed in Japanese accounting standards (Japanese GAAP).
