Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On April 8, 2024, Blue Owl Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the Company will release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024 on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 after market close. The Company will hold its earnings webcast / conference call on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

NEW YORK (April 8, 2024) – Blue Owl Capital Corporation (NYSE: OBDC) (“OBDC”) today announced it will release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024 on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 after market close. OBDC invites all interested persons to its webcast / conference call on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss its first quarter ended March 31, 2024 financial results.
