On November 7, 2008, ML Macadamia Orchards, L. P. issued the press release attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 announcing they expect to receive formal notice from the NYSE to be delisted as it has not met the requirement to maintain market capitalization of at least $25 million on a 30-trading-day average.
