Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

On August 14, 2023, Emily White resigned from her position as a member of the Board of Directors of Northern Star Investment Corp. IV (the “Company”), to focus on other business opportunities. Ms. White’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
