American Stock Exchange Lists Merrill Lynch's Mitts Linked to the Performance of the Nikkei-225 Stock Average

NEW YORK, Dec. 2  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Merrill Lynch's MITTS linked to the performance of the Nikkei-225 Stock Average.

Priced at $10 with an initial offer size of 14.45 million shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol NKS and has a maturation date of June 5, 2009.

The notes are issued by Merrill Lynch. The Amex specialist unit is Wolverine Trading LLP.
