Nations Government Income Term Trust 2004, Inc.; Final Liquidating Distribution CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Nations Government Income Term Trust 2004, Inc. (the "Company") previously approved a Plan of Liquidation and Termination (the "Plan") for the Company. The Plan provides for the Company's complete liquidation by March 31, 2004 or shortly thereafter and its later termination as a registered investment company and dissolution as a Maryland corporation.
