On May 25, 2011, 99¢ Only Stores (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Release”) announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year fiscal 2011.  A copy of the Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
