Navigant Healthcare Leader Recognized as a “Rising Star”

Consulting Magazine Names Richard Bajner among Rising Stars in the Healthcare Industry

Today, Navigant announced that Richard Bajner, Managing Director and co-leader of Navigant Healthcare’s Value Transformation team, was recognized by Consulting magazine among the "Rising Stars of the Profession." Bajner was among more than 200 nominees considered for the recognition, which annually honors 35 talented professionals in the consulting profession under the age of 35.

At 32 years old, Bajner is one of Navigant’s youngest Managing Directors. His career growth and success comes from a deep specialization working with healthcare payers and providers to align payment and clinical delivery models to incentivize and reward providers that achieve high performance. In an era of major change in the healthcare industry, he has partnered with some of the largest systems across the country in developing and implementing strategies to better manage population health and facilitate new long-term relationships between payers and providers.
