Noble Energy Announces Increase to Its Quarterly Dividend

Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE:

) today announced that its Board of Directors has increased the quarterly cash dividend to 11 cents per common share, up 10 percent from the prior quarter. The increased dividend is payable on May 21, 2018, to the shareholder of record at the close of business on May 7, 2018.
