NEW YORK, Aug. 25  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Morgan Stanley's 8.5% SPARQS Linked to Whole Foods Market, Inc.

Priced at $ 13.5075 per unit with an initial offer size of 1,961,874 shares, this equity trades under the ticker symbol MWL and has a maturity date of September 20, 2007.
