A message from Jim Dolan

This morning we announced our fiscal 2021 third quarter financial results, which included an important milestone for our Company and New York City – our ability to welcome fans back to The Garden for Knicks and Rangers games. As restrictions ease across the country, we believe we are well positioned to meet the public’s pent-up demand for live experiences. Each day we are closer to getting back to what we do best, and I want to thank you for your continued dedication.

Looking ahead, we are focused on the future of our Company and the opportunities in front of us. Assuming we are able to fully open our doors, fiscal 2022 has the potential to be one of our busiest years ever for concerts and we can’t wait to have live music back in our venues. Meanwhile, in Las Vegas, we have continued to make substantial construction progress on MSG Sphere at The Venetian.

We recently announced plans to acquire MSG Networks in a transaction that would make our two businesses stronger and create many long-term benefits for both companies. This was followed last month by Tao Group Hospitality’s acquisition of Hakkasan Group, which, with a combined 61 venues across 5 continents, created a global premium hospitality leader with significant growth potential.

We are encouraged by what has been happening at both our Company and around the country, and excited about what it means for the full return of live entertainment. Thank you again for all that you have done – and continue to do. I look forward to the unforgettable moments to come.

Today’s press release is available on Marquee for more details on our financial results.
