MACLELLAN GROUP PLC ("MacLellan")

ADDITIONAL LISTING

The Board of MacLellan announces that it has allotted 75,000 new ordinary shares
of 5p each pursuant to the exercise of options under the MacLellan share option
schemes. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in
issue.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the 75,000 new
ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market
("AIM"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings
on AIM will commence on 14 January 2004.
