MILWAUKEE, Aug. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (M&I) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on September 14, 2007, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2007.
