MILWAUKEE, Oct. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (M&I) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on December 8, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2006.
