Marshall & Ilsley Corporation Announces Fourth Quarter 2005 Dividend

MILWAUKEE, Oct. 20  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (M&I) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.24 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on December 9, 2005, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2005.
