MIDAS REPORTS FIRST QUARTER RESULTS

	●	Earnings per share of $0.07 negatively affected by $0.05 in net foreign currency exchange losses on arbitration settlement
	●	Shop traffic increases four percent in U.S. Midas shops
	●	U.S. comparable shop sales up two percent
	●	Company-operated shop comparable retail sales up five percent
