McDermott International, Inc. (NYSE: MDR) (“McDermott” or the “Company”) announced today that it plans to report financial results for the second quarter 2013 on Monday, August 5, 2013, after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange. The Company has scheduled a conference call related to its second quarter 2013 results on the following morning, Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. (Central Daylight Time).
