      McDermott International, Inc. (NYSE:MDR) (“McDermott”

      today announced it expects to release financial results for the first 
      quarter of 2007 during the evening of Monday, May 7, 2007. The Company 
      will host its quarterly conference call with the financial community the 
      following morning, Tuesday, May 8, at 9:30 a.m. (ET). The Company
