McDermott Announces Dates for First Quarter 2006 and Upcoming Investor Events

McDermott International, Inc. (NYSE:MDR) ("McDermott" or
the "Company") today announced it will release its financial results
for the first quarter of 2006 during the evening of May 3, 2006, with
a conference call to occur May 4, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. (EST). The
Company invites investors and other interested individuals to listen
to the call live or to the replay, both available on McDermott's
