On February 19, 2020, Maxar Technologies Inc. (“Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s declaration of a cash dividend of $0.01 per share of outstanding common stock payable on March 31, 2020, to the stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 13, 2020.

A copy of the Company’s press release regarding the foregoing is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
