Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 16, 2020, Luby’s, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Company has entered into an agreement to franchise 13 of its currently Company owned Fuddruckers stores to Black Titan Holdings, LLC. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
