(1)	In the merger of LOR with and into Lazard Global Total Return and Income Fund, Inc. ("LGI"), shares of LOR common stock were converted into shares of LGI common stock. The 170 shares reported as disposed of in Table I represent shares that had been beneficially owned by Mr. Trelles.
