(NYSE: LGI) (together with LOR, the "Funds") today announced that the Funds' 2019 Joint Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") will be held on October 18, 2019, with a record date of August 20, 2019 for the determination of stockholders entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting.

Any proposals of stockholders submitted for inclusion in the Funds' proxy materials for the Annual Meeting must comply with Rule 14a-8 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and must include the information required by the relevant Fund's by-laws and comply with all legal requirements.
