LSC Communications Board of Directors Authorizes Regular Quarterly Dividend

LSC Communications, Inc. (NYSE: LKSD) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of 25 cents per common share. The dividend is payable December 1, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 16, 2016.
