Lennar Debuts World’s First Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ Home Design at Obsidian at Parasol Park this Saturday, July 29

Obsidian showcases a new homebuilding approach enabling whole-home Wi-Fi, seamless voice control, online shopping and home automation as standard features

Lennar (NYSE: LEN and LEN.B), one of the nation’s largest builders, will unveil Obsidian at Parasol Park as one of the world’s first communities to include Wi-Fi CERTIFIED smart homes featuring integrated automation and voice control with Amazon Alexa – all a part of Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® approach to homebuilding. Obsidian will launch their new smart home features this weekend on Saturday, July 29, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the public to discover state-of-the-art living in a Lennar home.

Lennar’s Wi-Fi CERTIFIED Home Design™ guarantees consistent, reliable coverage in every room of the home. This allows buyers to control a wide range of included smart products from the most innovative and reliable manufacturers – including Amazon, Baldwin, Honeywell, Lutron, Ring, Ruckus, Samsung and Sonos.

Obsidian at Parasol Park offers the opportunity to live in luxury homes built with gorgeous design details and smart home technology embedded throughout. With three distinctive floorplans available for homeshoppers to choose from, home sizes range approximately from 2,897 to 3,036 square feet of living space.
