The Latin American Discovery Fund, Inc. Announces Information Regarding Liquidating Distribution

The Latin American Discovery Fund, Inc. (NYSE:LDF) (the “Fund”) announced today that the net asset value per share of the Fund for purposes of calculating the final liquidating distribution to stockholders was $12.1745 as of November 16, 2018 (the “Effective Date”). The Fund expects to make a final liquidating distribution on or about November 23, 2018 to those stockholders who held shares of the Fund as of the Effective Date.

The Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company that seeks long-term capital appreciation through investments primarily in equity securities of Latin American issuers and by investing, from time to time, in debt securities issued or guaranteed by a Latin American government or governmental entity.
