The Latin American Discovery Fund, Inc. Announces Further Adjournment of Annual Meeting of Stockholders

The Latin American Discovery Fund, Inc. (NYSE:LDF) (the “Fund”) announced today that, at an adjourned session of the Fund’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on July 29, 2015, the Annual Meeting has been further adjourned until August 6, 2015. The reconvened Annual Meeting will be held at the offices of Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc., 522 Fifth Avenue, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10036, at 8:50 a.m. ET. Only stockholders of record on April 9, 2015 will be entitled to vote at the reconvened Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
