CALIDA Holding AG, société cotée à la SIX Swiss Exchange, actionnaire majoritaire de Lafuma SA (Paris:LAF) depuis décembre 2013, a annoncé la signature d’un contrat d’acquisition des participations de Comir SAS et Soparcif SAS, deux actionnaires historiques minoritaires de Lafuma SA.
Avec cette transaction (au prix de 16 euros par action), CALIDA augmente sa participation, acquérant 11,63% du capital et dépassant le seuil des deux-tiers, lui conférant ainsi la majorité qualifiée.
La transaction devrait être réalisée avant la fin du mois d’avril 2016. Concomitamment, Comir SAS représentée par Monsieur Christian Haas démissionnera de ses fonctions d’administrateur.
