NEW YORK, Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- S&P U.S. REIT Composite constituent Home Properties Inc. (NYSE:HME) will replace Kellwood Co. (NYSE:KWD) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Tuesday, February 12. KWD is being acquired by a private equity firm in a tender offer expected to expire on that date.
