Item 2.02.  Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On July 29, 2020, Kraton Corporation (NYSE: KRA) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. Kraton Corporation announced that it will hold a conference call and web cast to discuss these results on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. eastern time. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
