Knoll Declares Cash Dividend

EAST GREENVILLE, Pa., Dec. 1  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Knoll, Inc. (NYSE: KNL) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share payable December 31, 2009 to all shareholders of record on December 15, 2009.
