KKR Financial Holdings LLC Sets First Quarter 2009 Earnings Release Date and Call

SAN FRANCISCO, April 30  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- KKR Financial Holdings LLC (NYSE:KFN) (the "Company" or "KFN" ) announced today that it plans to release financial results for the first quarter 2009 following the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday, May 7, 2009.  In addition, a conference call to discuss the Company's results will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2009 at 5:00 PM ET.
