KCG RELEASES JANUARY 2015 TRADE VOLUMES

JERSEY CITY, N.J. - February 13, 2015 - KCG Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: KCG) today released trade volumes for the month of January 2015.

In Market Making, KCG averaged $32.6 billion dollar volume traded, 5.0. billion shares traded, and 4.1 million trades per day in U.S. equities.

In Global Execution Services:

• KCG electronic execution averaged 322.2 million shares traded per day in U.S. equities
• KCG Hotspot averaged $34.3 billion per day in notional foreign exchange dollar volume
• KCG BondPoint averaged $134.4 million per day in fixed income par value

As for the overall market conditions in January, consolidated U.S. equity volume averaged $305.8 billion in dollar volume and 7.3 billion shares traded per day. The realized volatility for the S&P 500 was 17.3.

In January, there were 20 trading days in U.S. equities and fixed income, and 21 in foreign exchange.
