Jackson Hewitt® Launches 'Big Checks for Charity' Campaign to Raise Money for Charities Nationwide

PARSIPPANY, N.J., Feb. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc., the nation's second largest tax preparation company, today announced the launch of "Big Checks for Charity," a month-long campaign to raise money for various charities across the United States.

Throughout the month of March, taxpayers who visit participating Jackson Hewitt® will receive a discount on tax preparation while also helping to support a local or national charitable organization.  

Participating Jackson Hewitt offices will offer coupons to taxpayers with varying discounts depending upon when a return is filed in March.  For every tax return prepared, the local office will then make a set donation either to a charity within the community or a national charity.
