Advectis®, Inc.,
provider of the most widely-used solution for electronic mortgage
document collaboration, today announced at the Mortgage Bankers
Association (MBA) National Technology in Mortgage Banking Conference
that Harland Financial Solutions has integrated its Interlinq®
E3® enterprise
mortgage lending solution with the BlitzDocs®
Collaboration Suite to facilitate streamlined loan data and document
processing.
In addition, Harland Financial Solutions, a leading provider of mortgage
origination software and a wholly owned subsidiary of John H. Harland
Co. (NYSE: JH), has made E3 a BlitzDocs ReadyTM
application. A BlitzDocs Ready application has been integrated with the
BlitzDocs collaborative network through the use of a service oriented
architecture (SOA) based Web services interface. Based on industry
standard technologies, such as XML, SOAP, HTML and http/https, the
SOA-based BlitzDocs Web service interface enables users to share data or
software capabilities via the Internet.
“We have integrated BlitzDocs electronic
folders not just into Interlinq E3 but also into E3’s
new Broker Portal solution,” said Joe
Filoseta, executive vice president of Harland Financial Solutions’
Mortgage Solutions Group. “Lenders gain a
collaborative work environment that can improve borrower service, loan
quality and cycle time.”
The tight integration provides Interlinq E3 customers with a solution
for the capture, submission, sharing and delivery of electronic loan
documents through BlitzDocs. BlitzDocs patented technology provides an
electronic loan folder that mirrors the paper loan folder used today.
The joint solution will allow mortgage lenders to achieve greater
efficiencies with more streamlined loan processing capabilities.
“This integration provides our mutual
customers and prospects with a powerful collaborative solution for
managing data and documents,” said Judson
Phillips, director of product marketing of Advectis. “Available
now, this integrated solution illustrates the growing support by
mortgage technology providers of the BlitzDocs collaborative network.”
