ITC Schedules Second Quarter 2009 Earnings Release and Conference Call

NOVI, Mich., July 15  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ITC Holdings Corp. (NYSE: ITC) today announced that it will release consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2009, after the market closes on Wednesday, July 29, 2009.

In addition, ITC will conduct a conference call to discuss second quarter earnings results at 11:00 a.m. ET Thursday, July 30, 2009.  Joseph L.
